What you keep

A claim is permanent. That is the whole point of the claim button.

Every material you claim is attached to your account for good. You can re-download it today, next year, or long after you have stopped being a customer.
We never revoke a claim for a commercial reason. Not for cancelling, not for inactivity, not because the price went up, not because your credit ran out, and not to make room in the catalog. There is exactly one exception and it is written out in full below.
We do not retro-paywall. If a material was free when you claimed it, it stays free for you, even if it later moves behind a subscription.
Free claims carry the same license as subscriber claims. We do not publish a worse file for people who are not paying.

Your library does not shrink when your subscription ends.

Everything you claimed stays claimed, stays downloadable, and stays licensed.
Work you already published stays licensed — and so does work you publish afterwards using materials you claimed before you left. There is no claw-back clause, and we are not going to go looking at videos you make once you are gone.
What you lose is access to the pool you never claimed from, and the daily set going forward. Nothing you already took.
You can export your library on the way out. Leaving is a supported action, not a punishment.

Safety and law can force a file out of the catalog. Money never can.

If a file turns out to infringe someone else’s rights, or becomes unlawful for us to distribute, we have to withdraw it. That is the only circumstance in which a claim stops working, and we are stating it here rather than burying it in a contract.
It is a safety and legal action, never a commercial one. It cannot be triggered by your plan, your payment status, your usage, or a decision to charge more for something we used to give away.
If it ever affects a file in your library, you get told which file and why, plus a replacement where we can offer one. We will not let a file quietly vanish from your shelf and leave you guessing.
Work you already published using that file is not something we come after. The withdrawal stops future downloads of the file itself; it is not a claw-back against your videos.

Worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, commercial use included.

Use it in monetized work: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, podcasts, client projects, paid ads, thumbnails, stream overlays, merch artwork.
Modify it. Crop, recolor, cut, layer, remix, and combine it with your own footage or with materials from anywhere else.
Publish as many projects as you like. There is no per-project fee, no seat count, no view cap, and no separate broadcast tier.
Attribution is welcome and never required.

Three limits, and each one protects other creators rather than us.

Do not resell or redistribute a material as-is — not on a stock site, not inside an asset pack, not as a template library. What you make with it is yours to sell; the raw file is not a product you can put a price on.
Do not register a material with Content ID or any other rights-management system, and do not claim exclusive ownership of it. Registering shared assets is precisely what generates false copyright claims against other creators. It is the thing we exist to prevent.
Do not use it for anything unlawful, hateful, or built to deceive people about a real person.

The structure behind the catalog is the reason, not a marketing line.

We produce and license this catalog ourselves. There is no third-party artist royalty chain behind it and no label positioned to hand it to a collection society.
So we are not going to claim your video, and nobody is collecting on our behalf.
If a material you claimed here is ever flagged anyway, tell us. You get the provenance record for that exact file and a replacement, and we chase the claim.
This page covers what Materials publishes today: images and sound. Any type we add later gets its own promise written here first — we will not quietly stretch a guarantee we cannot keep.

The watermark is a browsing courtesy, never a lever.

Some previews are watermarked so the catalog can be browsed openly by anyone, signed in or not.
The file you claim is the clean one. A watermark never appears on a claimed download, and there is no "remove the watermark" upgrade to sell you.

Lock-in is a design choice. We made the other one.

Export from your library page. The export reads your whole library, not the first page of it, and lists every claim you own — name, type, tags, the date you claimed it, and a permanent download link for each file — so your library stays readable outside Web2Labs.
If anything is missing from the export, the file says so and gives you the count. A short export is never a silent one.
A single-archive download is the next step on that surface. The manifest works today and needs nothing from us to keep working.

The free side runs on the same promise as the paid side.

Claiming from The Daily Free Pack is free. It needs an account, because a claim has to belong to somebody.
Items cycle. Today’s set goes back into the pool and comes around again — missing a day costs you nothing, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Guests who have not signed up can still take one clean, unwatermarked download a day.
