CONTENT MODERATION AND TRANSPARENCY
Last updated September 15, 2026
This page explains how to report content and request review of a moderation decision. It supplements Section 26 of our Terms of Service.
1. Report illegal content
Email [email protected] with:
- the location of the content, such as its URL;
- an explanation of why you believe it is illegal, with supporting information where available;
- your name and email address, except where Article 16 DSA permits an anonymous report concerning suspected child sexual abuse material; and
- a statement that you believe the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt and communicate our decision where we have your contact details. Copyright owners may also use the US DMCA procedure where applicable. Do not send us copies of illegal material when a location and description are sufficient to report it.
2. Moderation and automated checks
We use automated checks for submitted comments and account-abuse signals. Comment checks may prevent publication of harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, self-harm content, spam, profanity, or other content that violates our rules. Account-abuse checks may restrict participation in rewards, including for suspected multi-accounting.
These checks can make mistakes. An initial restriction is not necessarily reviewed by a person before it takes effect. You may request human review using the appeal channel below. Creative editing features, such as detecting filler words or removing profanity from your own footage, are separate from content moderation.
Where we impose a restriction covered by Article 17 DSA, we provide the reason, the relevant legal or contractual basis, the role of automated checks, and information about redress, subject to the exceptions in that provision.
3. Appeal a decision
Email [email protected] within six months of the decision. Include the affected account or content, any decision reference you received, and why you believe the decision is incorrect.
Appeals receive human review. We aim to respond within 14 days. An appeal does not limit your statutory rights, any applicable access to certified out-of-court dispute settlement, or your right to bring court proceedings.
4. Transparency reports
No completed, verified reporting period is published on this page yet. An absence of published figures must not be read as zero notices, zero restrictions, or zero appeals.
Article 15 DSA requires transparency reporting where applicable and includes an exemption for qualifying micro and small enterprises that are not designated very large online platforms. Any report published here will identify its reporting period and the scope of its figures. This page is a description of the reporting and review channels; it is not an annual statistical report.
