Yes - switch any time from your account. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose what you have already paid for.
What's the 30-day Refund Button?
Eligible paid subscriptions can be refunded from your account within the refund window. Failed credit-charged generations return Creator Credits automatically when the system spent credits and the job failed.
What counts as 'Unlimited Projects'?
Fair use: 100 projects per month, or 250 hours of input video, whichever comes first. If you legitimately need more, contact us and we will sort a custom plan.
How do credits work?
Studio project limits cover the main edit, clips, captions, and metadata. Creator Credits are separate and pay for optional AI-cost extras or paid overflow in creator tools. Costs are shown before spend, and failed credit-charged generations refund automatically.
Can I cancel without talking to support?
Yes. Cancel from your account. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the plan stops renewing.
Are my uploads used for training?
No. Your uploads are processed to provide the features you request. Studio shows retention rules in the product so you know when files are kept, archived, or deleted.
Is Legend really one-time?
Yes. EUR 800 once, forever - including future feature releases. Monthly credits and unlimited projects continue as long as Web2Labs exists.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?
We do - 40% off Starter and Creator with a verified .edu address or non-profit registration. Email [email protected] with proof and we will set it up.
