Manage your existing subscription from Account → Subscription. Plan changes depend on your payment provider; contact support if the change you need is unavailable. Canceling keeps your access until the end of your paid period.
What's the 30-day Refund Button?
A real button in your account refunds your first subscription: one click, no reason, no email. It is live for 30 days from the day that subscription started (an upgrade keeps that original date) and can be used once per customer. It does not cover renewals, a new subscription after a cancellation, the one-time Legend purchase or credit top-ups. Once you claim a physical gift like the mug, refunds run through support instead. Separately, credits spent on a generation that fails come back automatically.
How many videos can I make?
There are no project-count caps. Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits (Free 60, Starter 250, Creator 600) and 1 credit = 1 minute of source video, so your volume scales with recording length. Unused subscription credits roll over for two months, and paid plans can top up anytime.
How do credits work?
Credits are Studio's single currency: 1 credit = 1 minute of source video, charged per minute as we process - you only pay for what we successfully deliver. The same credits also cover optional extras like thumbnail regeneration and B-roll. Costs are shown before spend, failed credit-charged generations refund automatically, and if a render fails, rendering again is free.
Can I cancel without talking to support?
Yes. Cancel from your account. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the plan stops renewing.
Are my uploads used for training?
No. Your uploads are processed to provide the features you request. Studio shows retention rules in the product so you know when files are kept, archived, or deleted.
Is Legend really one-time?
Yes. One-time payment, 10,000 credits that never expire. When they are used up, you can top up with credit packs.
